I drew Tears...in a different form. I fussed what she is now with what she use to be.
I thought it would look cooler, but it just turned out creepy....

I don't think this look creepy, though I'll admit if I say this in a dark hall way it would be. After all dark hall walls make everything creepy. 
Anyway are you going for a more human like look for Tears?
Cause if you are I think it might be nice to have her first set of eyes like look like normal, but maybe glow like in her normal form. Then have the other eyes like slivers or circle that kinda move up her head. If that makes sense.
Also is she wearing armor? If not maybe make the torso a little thinner, while making her arms a little thicker. Otherwise I'd just make the arms a bit thinker, if you like the body size. Overall I like that you were try out a different style/look for Tears it was neat to see.
Anyway here a bit of what I meant for the normal eye like look, just as an idea.
