Caught

A young man rushes his way through a crowd. He quickly looks over his shoulder. Some men dressed in uniforms are chasing him. Some with batons in hand. He dives into an alleyway and climbs over some crates to get over the fences. At the top of the fence he pushes the boxes over and drops to the other side. He then dashes into an open door and slams in shut. He leans over trying to catch is breath before going back on the run. His grin gleams in the dark and he throws his bloody dagger in the air. It twirls and shines. He quickly catches it in his hand and with a quick flick the blood flies off on to the ground. He dashes to another room trying to find another exit to another alleyway. He finds a door and yanks it open. He expected a dark alley but he finds a pair of white spheres glowing with judgement and tubes on a mask almost like a teeth. He shouted and tried to turn around only to find it had a hold on his leg with its taloned feet. It pulled him over to it glaring at him with an unwavering hatred. He pulled his dagger out and slashed at the air. The monster stood up and raised him into the air standing on one leg. The man's dagger hit the other leg several times but left no damage whatsoever.  Its long arm grabbed his head and it pulled him higher in the air using its arm. It slammed him hard against the wall. Blood spewed from his mouth and splattered against the glowing face. 

"You have committed a murder. For taking a life and the only sentence is death. Pray now for your soul for I am not to forgive it. I am to end it. For all sin is earns the price of the death penalty. May others learn to stay their hand after they hear of your wretchedness." 

It pressed all its weight against the man's head and the wall. Then there was a crack and gust of wind and finally dishearted order keepers finding that another man charged without due process.
